2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you no longer need the service.

  • Used Digital Products: Once a digital product is downloaded or accessed, it is non-refundable unless defective.

  • Service Completion: Once a service is completed and delivered, no refund will be provided unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

  • Late Requests: Refund requests must be made within 3-4 days of the purchase or service delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.


3. Refund Process

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if only part of the service or product is not satisfactory or delivered as agreed. The amount refunded will be based on the value of the undelivered or unsatisfactory portion.


5. No Refunds on Ongoing or Recurring Services

For ongoing or subscription-based services, no refund will be issued for services rendered prior to cancellation. If you wish to cancel a service or subscription, please notify us before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
