Service scope: Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted and confirmed in writing before proceeding. Engaging my services via this website or by email constitutes agreement to the terms set out here and in the relevant Service Agreement.

All fees are agreed in writing before any project commences. Payment terms are as follows:
Deposit — a 50% deposit is required before work begins on any project. This is non-refundable once work has commenced
Balance — the remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to the handover of final deliverables
Retainer services — monthly retainer fees are payable in advance at the start of each billing cycle
Late payment — invoices not settled within 7 days of the due date may result in work being paused until the outstanding amount is cleared
Accepted methods — bank transfer, PayPal, and other methods as agreed at the time of engagement. All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated

For clients based in the United Kingdom, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain fully intact and are not affected or limited by any term of this Agreement. Nothing here seeks to exclude rights you are entitled to by law.
Dispute resolution: Before pursuing any formal legal action, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct, good-faith communication within 30 days of the dispute arising.
